Aryna Sabalenka
Sabalenka is a Belarussian born in Minsk. Sergey (d.2019) was an in ice hockey. Aryna Sabalenka was born in Minsk 5 May 1998. Her 12 WTA singles titles comprise a Grand Slam, the 2023 Australian Open. In doubles, she is an excellent player. She's been a winner of two majors along with Elise Mertens: the US Open in 2019 and the Australian Open in 2021. She also achieved an incredible Sunshine Double in 2019, taking her the WTA 1000 at Indian Wells, Miami and the Australian Open alongside Elise Mertens. Only four couples were able to achieve this feat in women's doubles. She rose from second to third in World Singles Rankings on the 23rd of August in 2021. The highest ranking she achieved was again achieved in January of 2023. When she played doubles, she managed to push herself to the top of the list in February of the same year after the victory in Melbourne making her the second tennis player from Belarus to be a part of this specialty. Dmitry Tursunov (a former Russian tennis player) coached her for part of the season in 2019 and from 2018 to the closing. Dieter Kindlmann was briefly with her between August and September of 2020. Antonio Dubrov is her coach as of the start of 2020. Her heroes include Serena Williams and Maria Sharapova.
